This charming Wilhelminian-style building is located in the popular Bavarian Quarter near Viktoria-Luise-Platz. The Viktoria-Luise-Platz underground station is just a few steps away. The residential neighbourhood is characterised by buildings from the Wilhelminian era. The neighbourhood is one of the highest-quality residential locations in Berlin. On Martin-Luther-Strasse, which is only 200 metres away on foot, there are good shopping facilities and public transport connections. The weekly market on Winterfeldplatz is just as close as the KaDeWe department store and Kurfürstendamm. Numerous doctors, daycare centres and schools are in the immediate vicinity.

The layout of the hexagonal square is characterised by the streets that radiate towards the square and continue as wide paths. The centre of the square is emphasised by a fountain with a fountain, which is surrounded by a circular path. Between the paths are smaller lawn segments planted with decorative flowerbeds.
