The residential neighbourhood is characterised by buildings from the Wilhelminian era. The neighbourhood is one of the highest-quality residential locations in Berlin. On Martin-Luther-Strasse, which is only 200 metres away on foot, there are good shopping facilities and public transport connections. The weekly market on Winterfeldplatz is just as close as the KaDeWe department store and Kurfürstendamm. Numerous doctors, daycare centres and schools are in the immediate vicinity.

14 flats for living or as an investment

Built around 1910, this five-storey building has a basement. The entrances from the front building and the garden house are in the original Wilhelminian style. Almost all of the flats have balconies and are predominantly fitted with stucco decorations and parquet flooring. The top floor will be newly built, with two penthouse flats.

Viktoria-Luise-Platz

It is located in the middle of a residential area, the Bavarian Quarter, and is an outstanding example of a decorative garden square from the end of the 19th century. In order to increase the residential value of the neighbourhood, a competition was held in 1898, which was won by Fritz Encke. The layout of the hexagonal square is characterised by the streets that radiate towards the square and continue as wide paths. The centre of the square is emphasised by a fountain with a fountain, which is surrounded by a circular path. Between the paths are smaller lawn segments planted with decorative flowerbeds.
